Wolfworks Looks Forward

In 2023, Wolfworks completed key projects and transitioned to a worker-owned company with Jamie's retirement in September. The team, now bolstered by the addition of Kelly and Connor, is set to increase productivity and improve operational management. With ongoing construction and exciting new home and remodel projects in the pipeline, 2024 is expected to be a exciting and engaging time as we continue to prioritize a triple bottom line: People, Planet, Prosperity.

Kelly Wood: Operations Manager

In November, Kelly became an integral part of the Wolfworks as our Operations Manager, adding immense value to our team. With an impressive track record at Cigna and Mintz & Hoke, she most recently collaborated with her daughter to establish The Neighbor's School, a micro preschool in West Hartford. Kelly brings a wealth of experience in operations, marketing, and communications to Wolfworks, and we are excited about the positive impact she will have on our clients, trade partners, and vendors. As we enter 2024, the addition of Kelly's professionalism and attention to detail will enhance our commitment to serving our clients and mission fully.

Scott Green: Woodworker
|

Scott Green came to work for Wolfworks over thirty years ago. He joined an all star team of talented woodworkers and project managers and learned side by side with them just what that meant. Among other things it meant getting a lot of practice working on every aspect of a home, new and remodeled, and especially the craft of constructing intricate cabinetry and trim, including the ability to manage some complex geometries. Decades of that craftwork are found in the hundreds of projects he completed.

We're still on the search for an Architect to round out the Wolfworks Design Team. This is a great opportunity for a mission aligned architect with a passion for residential design to work alongside Kyle, Janet, Connor, and Kelly to create "Homes that Fit." It's also an opportunity to become a member of our worker coop.
